Small Group Ministry, aka Chalice Circles or Covenant Groups, has revolutionized many of the churches that have implemented a program. The group process is designed to call us “to intimacy, learning how to be together, and ultimacy, going deeper in topics of life and witness.” Rev. Bryan will speak about the benefits of small group ministry, what it is and is not, and how he hopes to start a program at UUFC.
